The High Point University Chamber Singers under the direction of Dr. Marc Foster return to Main Street UMC in worship on Sunday, March 16 at the 10:55 Service. This very fine university choir has performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, concert halls and churches across the continental United States, South Africa, and Europe.
Later this spring the Singers will concertize throughout southern Italy, performing at St Peter’s Basilica in Rome. We are so blessed to host this choir from a local, historically United Methodist university. If you normally attend at 8:30 or Jubilee, please make plans to stay for the 10:55 service to support these young people with your presence. They will share with us some of the same great music that will be sung at the Vatican. Where else can you hear such music on a Sunday morning in Kernersville!
