This scholarship is for current college freshmen, sophomores and juniors.
The Grose-Kirkman Sunday School Class announces that applications are open to award the 15th annual J. C. Grose Memorial Scholarship. The scholarship provides financial support to MSUMC members and children of members who are pursuing college degrees at an accredited 2 or 4 year institution of higher learning. The scholarship provides up to 1000 dollars for a student who has completed his or her freshman, sophomore, or junior years. Prior award recipients may also apply for additional years of support by reapplying each summer and maintaining an acceptable grade point average.
The deadline for J.C. Grose scholarship applications is Monday, May 23, 2026, 5:00 pm. .

The scholarship is funded through memorial gifts in memory of class members and other funds raised by the Grose-Kirkman Sunday School Class as well as the Cornerstone class. Individuals and classes are welcome to further contribute to this effort for helping our college students.
