Oct. 29 – Our first full day started at Caesaria Meritima (Roman Ruins), Nazareth (Mount of Precipice & the Church of the Annunciation ), and Cana (Wedding Church).

Oct. 30 – Today was our 2nd full day in Northern Israel, in the Golan Heights region. Places included Tel Dan Nature Reserve, Pannias, Nimrod’s Castle Fortress, Ceasuria Philippi, viewing Mount Hermon. The Golan Heights region of Northern Israel overlooks Syria and parts of Lebanon.

Oct. 31 – Today was all around the Sea of Galilee. Renewing their weddings vows on the sea – Bob & Ann Stoebe, the Stanleys, Jesus Boat, Mount of the Beatitudes, lunch w/ Peter fish, Valley of the Wind & the Doves, Church of the Loaves & Fish & Capernaum.

Nov. 1 – Today was traveling down the River Jordan. The baptismal sites (Yardenit & Qasr el Yahud), Jericho (shofar blowing), Masada (also shofar blowing) and finally to the resort on the Dead Sea.

Nov. 2 – Today many of us floated in the Dead Sea before leaving for Jerusalem. Saw Bethlehem, the Nissan Brothers store, the Church of the Nativity, and took in the famous, scenic overlook of the city.

Nov. 3 – Today was spent around the City of Jerusalem. Jaffa Gate, Herod’s Palace, Christ Church, Jewish Quarter, the WOHL Museum of Archaeology, Church of the Holy Sepulchure, the Western Wall, lunch in the Muslim Quarter and SHOPPING.

Nov. 4 – Today was also spent around the City of Jerusalem. Flevit Church, Garden of Gethsemane, Church of All Nations, through the Lion’s Gate to the Pools of Bethesda, Ein Karem, the Walk to Ameus / Church of St. John the Baptist and ended at the Garden Tomb.

Nov. 5 – Our last day included some visiting Hezekiah’s Tunnel, some attending the St. George’s Cathedral service. Our 10 day Holy Land tour concluded with an emotional visit to Yad VaShem / the Holocaust Museum.
