This year the Kid’s Connect Choirs will present their Christmas play, “The First Christmas,” in the Fellowship Hall, and the whole church is invited to come! The evening begins at 6:30pm with the voices of children singing—we will hear from the Carol Choir and the Angel Choir; then follows the Christmas play, a fully costumed, retelling of the Christmas story with audience participation—including a carol sing-a-long of beloved, familiar carols. We will hear from Director of Children’s Ministries, Victoria Smathers, who will share about Children’s Ministry at Main Street; and, afterwards we will enjoy a Dessert and Cocoa Reception (coffee too, for the grownups) where the children will don little red aprons and Santa hats while serving YOU!
This evening promises to be “merry and bright” while touching the very heart of Christmas. We hope to see you there and singing along with us on Friday evening, December 15 at 6:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall!
