September 21 – The Heritage Club at Main Street UMC will go see Thomas Dambo’s “Little Sally” Troll in High Point on Monday, September 21, 2026. The van will leave the church at 10 am. You can ride in the van, follow us or meet us there. There is a short nature trail leading to the sculpture so you might want to bring a cane or walker if you feel like your balance might be challenged.
October 22 – Lunch at 
and shopping at Tanger Outlet in Blowing Rock

November 12 – Southern Supreme Fruitcake Factory shopping and lunch at Best Foods cafeteria. Van will leave the church at 10:00. We will eat lunch first and then go to the Fruitcake Factory. Deadline to sign up is November 9.
December 4 – Dinner at Cody Creek at 6:00. Van will leave the church at 4:30. Reservations are required. Deadline to sign up is December 1.
Dec. 17th – Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theatre in Wytheville, Virginia for a Christmas show on December 17, “An Appalachian Christmas “. The show will be a magical Christmas story set in the mountains of the Appalachia with new and old songs, finishing with a breathtaking nativity scene. I normally call ahead to block several seats for our group before they sell out. Cost is $67 for the show and meal (this includes tax & tip) and we will need to pay for the tickets one month in advance. Please let me know if you are interested by June 19.
