July 10 – We would like for everyone to join us in the fellowship hall at 6:00 for hamburgers and hotdogs, baked beans and chips. Cost will be $5 per person to cover the food. We would also like for everyone to bring a dessert to share. Reservations are required by July 7. We hope everyone will come out for a fun night of Bingo with lots of fun prizes to be won.
August 14 – Will be dinner at Hillbilly Hideaway at 5:30. If anyone wants to carpool, please meet at the church at 5:00. Everyone will pay for their meal at the restaurant and reservations are required. Deadline to sign up is August 11.
September?? (TBD) – Thomas Dambo’s “Little Sally” Troll in High Point. This is a giant whimsical troll sculpture made from reclaimed wood and furniture parts. There is a short trail leading to the sculpture. We will eat lunch in High Point afterwards. Time and date tbd.
October 22 – Lunch at

November 12 – Southern Supreme Fruitcake Factory shopping and lunch at Best Foods cafeteria. Van will leave the church at 10:00. We will eat lunch first and then go to the Fruitcake Factory. Deadline to sign up is November 9.
December 4 – Dinner at Cody Creek at 6:00. Van will leave the church at 4:30. Reservations are required. Deadline to sign up is December 1.
Dec. 17th – Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theatre in Wytheville, Virginia for a Christmas show on December 17, “An Appalachian Christmas “. The show will be a magical Christmas story set in the mountains of the Appalachia with new and old songs, finishing with a breathtaking nativity scene. I normally call ahead to block several seats for our group before they sell out. Cost is $67 for the show and meal (this includes tax & tip) and we will need to pay for the tickets one month in advance. Please let me know if you are interested by June 19.
